Xerra is a service that provides AI chat assistants for websites: it reads an organisation’s website and documents and answers visitors, showing the source of each answer.

Use of the website

This website presents Xerra and lets you join the demo waiting list. You can browse it without registering. By using it, you agree not to use it in any way that is contrary to the law, to good faith or to these terms, and not to try to damage the website, its systems or other people’s data.

If you sign up for the demo, you must give us accurate information. How we process this data is explained in the privacy policy.

Examples

The examples on this website, such as Hotel Mar Blava, its conversations, questions and figures, are made up and are there to show how the product works. They do not correspond to any real customer or business.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, images, code and the Xerra brand belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except for the personal and private use permitted by law.

The names and logos of WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Shopify and other third-party products are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to indicate which platforms Xerra works with; this does not imply any relationship or sponsorship.

We work to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated, especially while Xerra is in its demo phase and features are changing. The terms of the paid service will be governed by the contract signed in each case.

We are not liable for any damage arising from interruptions to the website, viruses or attacks that could not be prevented with reasonable security measures.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, in the event of a dispute the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona.
