Xerra
Cookie policy
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Here we explain which ones xerra.es uses and how you can control them.
Cookies on this website
This website does not use its own cookies or advertising cookies. It only uses Google Analytics analytics cookies, and only if you accept them in the banner.
This website only sets Google Analytics cookies if you accept them in the banner. If you reject them or don't answer, none are stored and nothing is sent to Google.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Analytics: tells browsers apart to count visits in aggregate. | Up to 2 years | |
_ga_DY1ESGK82D | Analytics: keeps the Google Analytics 4 session state. | Up to 2 years |
Your choice
Your answer to the banner (accept or reject) is kept in your browser, in localStorage under the key “xerra-consent”, for 6 months. It isn't a cookie and isn't sent anywhere.
You can change it whenever you like. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending data and delete this site's _ga cookies.
The app.xerra.es platform
When you log in to the platform, two strictly necessary technical cookies are used so that it can work. They do not require consent because without them you could not log in:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
xerra_session |
Keep the session open | 2 hours of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Protect forms against forged requests | 2 hours of inactivity |
The chat on customers’ websites
The Xerra chat does not use cookies. It stores a random identifier, the conversation’s identifier and the number of unread messages in the visitor’s browser, so that the conversation continues if they move to another page. It does this using the browser’s local storage, and it is used only for the chat the visitor is using. Each website that installs it must explain this in its own cookie policy.
How to disable them in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
You can find more information about how we process data in the privacy policy.
