Xerra is an AI assistant for your website: it reads your site and your documents and answers visitors instantly, showing the source and never making things up. It works with WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento, Drupal and Joomla through the Xerra Chat plugin, and on any other website with one line of code.
What is Xerra?
Xerra is an AI assistant for your website. It reads your site's pages and the documents you add, and answers visitors' questions instantly, day and night, with a link to where each answer came from.
Who is it for?
For businesses and organisations that want to answer their website's visitors at any hour, and for agencies that build and look after websites for clients.
What does it do?
- It answers with the content of your website and your documents, and links to the source.
- It reads pages, posts and products, and PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, Markdown and HTML documents of up to 50 MB.
- It re-reads your site on its own when you change something.
- When needed, it hands the conversation to a person on your team, who takes it over live from the platform.
- It learns from visitors' ratings and from the corrections you make in Training.
- The Brain shows you a map of what it knows and what's missing.
- On WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento, visitors can add products to the cart from the chat.
What doesn't it do?
- It doesn't make answers up: when it can't find the answer in your content, it says so.
- It doesn't connect to Shopify yet; that will come from the platform, soon.
- Prices aren't public yet. During the demo you pay nothing.

Which languages does it work in?
Catalan, Spanish and English: it answers in the visitor's language, and the plugins' admin screens are in these three languages too.
